Guest experiment of the Human Capital & Mobility, Large Scale Facility Project entitled: “Microfabrication Capability and Expertise for User-defined Purposes. This project utilised the LIGA microfabrication technique and included visits to Institute für Mikrotechnik – Mainz, (Mainz, Germany), LURE-DCI (Orsay, France) and BESSY (Berlin, Germany) synchrotron radiation sources.
